WELCOME TO THE ONLINE SUBMISSION FOR THE CREEKSIDE OPEN 2019

Online Submission Procedure - before you start the Online Submission please read through the following information

→ To set up your own CREEKSIDE OPEN account you will be asked to enter your email address (this will be your user name) and generate a new unique password, you should then select REGISTER

→ At the next screen you will be asked to enter the name and address of your debit card - it is very important that you enter the correct name, billing address and post code as it appears on your card and bank statement as the financial transaction will fail if you enter the address incorrectly

→ You will then be directed to the Worldpay Gateway Secure Payment Page, please have your card details ready to pay the £22 Submission Fee

→ You might then be directed to the secure 'Verified by VISA' page

→ When the payment has been confirmed you be automatically directed to the Submission Page. You should enter your email address and password to receive the confirmation email and then click the Upload button to submit your images. Please check your 'junk email folder' if the email does not arrive in your inbox. If you get stuck at this stage, please open up a new tab and log in HERE and then enter your email address and password and select LOGIN

→ You will be asked to upload images of three works (one image per work). Please have the images of your ready - they should be 72dpi, 1000pixels wide and a maximum size 600KB. You can log back into your account at a later date to upload or change the images

→ You should have the title, year, medium, size, frame information, hanging requirements and description (optional) written down and ready to type into the online form

→Once your three images have been uploaded the screen will show you three small reference images of the works, you can then log out
